Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an Al Merge workspace you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you register.
2. The service
Al Merge provides pipeline execution, retrieval-augmented biocompatibility answers, modelling tools, service APIs and inspector review. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce a paid feature without notice.
3. Trials and subscriptions
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the workspace converts automatically to the plan selected at onboarding. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
4. API keys
Service keys issued for water treatment and soil remediation are confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys and must rotate any key you believe is exposed.
5. Scientific use
Outputs are decision-support, not a regulatory determination. You remain responsible for validating results and for any clinical, environmental or regulatory submission based on them.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, resale of the service, unlawful use, or attempts to circumvent inspection or rate limits.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment or serious breach, with notice where practicable.
