What we collect
Account details (name, organisation, email), workspace configuration, pipeline runs and stage results, protocol commits, support correspondence, and API request metadata.
Why we collect it
To operate your workspace, execute runs, provide grounded answers, issue and secure API keys, bill your subscription and respond to support requests.
Where it lives
Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules. Only your workspace can read its own runs, reports and keys.
Sharing
We do not sell data. Processors are limited to infrastructure, email delivery and payment providers acting on our instructions.
Retention
Run and report records are kept for the life of the workspace and for 90 days after closure, then deleted. Revoked API keys are retained as audit records only.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to kaadeconstruction@gmail.com.
Security
Encryption in transit, server-authoritative billing and key issuance, signed webhook deliveries, and human review of protocol changes.
